L'energia rinnovabile è quella che deriva dal sole, dal vento, dall'acqua e da tutte quelle fonti naturali che in natura sono gratis. E invece l'utilizzo di questi fonti per la produzione di energia ha un costo e necessita di un investimento da parte dei cittadini. Come si può a livello europeo promuovere ed incentivare la produzione di energia da fonti rinnovabilì? E come si può sensibilizzare la comunità europea per ridurre l'inquinamento derivante da fonti di energia da combustibile fossile?
