Target institution: How can Public Administration promote energy renowable tecnologies among citizens?
Problem status:

Renowable energy sources are energy sources that are continually replenished. These include energy from water, wind, the sun, geothermal sources and biomass sources. Although water, wind and other renewables may appear free, but their cost comes in collecting, harnessing and trasporting the energy. The initial cost of producing and using renewable energy technologies may be expensive for the citizens.

The Competent Authority should implement awareness programs to environmental issues, because many citizens don't know about the possibilities of the use of renewable energy sources and secondly costs should vary depending on the type of energy used. Charging more the use of fossil fuels than renewable energy sources.

Starting from the bottom is a key in this case. Promoting recycling and environmentally friendly solutions and methods to households and businesses should be a priority. By providing funding to citizens to rennovate their homes to make use of "green" technology and businesses to establish such methods and applications, public administration could promote the use of renewable energy sources and enivornmentally friendly actions. Citizens should become informed and active in this process, while authorities should actively reciprocate the process and ensure that all immediately affected groups are kept up-to-date with the advancements and prospects relating to energy and "green" technology.
